🧩 GENERAL

A: KydzTeenFest is a values-based, family-centered festival for children and teens aged 2–18. It features competitions, creativity zones, workshops, entertainment, and bonding activities for families, schools, and brands.

A: Saturday, October 4th, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at Johnson Jakande Tinubu Park, Mobolaji Bank Anthony, Ikeja, Lagos.

A: No. Attendance is free for all registered families and schools.

A: No. Due to crowd management, security, and planning, pre-registration is required for all categories.

A: Yes. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from a variety of approved vendors.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 FAMILIES

A: Yes. The venue is well-secured with professional security outfits, tagging protocols at entry/exit points, and multiple first aid stations supported by ambulance service. Children will only be released to verified adults.

A: Absolutely! Parents can participate in family bonding games, competitions, workshops, therapy tents, and more.

A: Yes, strollers and baby gear are allowed and welcome.

A: Yes! There are curated zones for ages 2–5, 6–12, and 13–18.

🏫 SCHOOLS

A: No. Participation is free, but schools must register in advance.

A: Yes, but group numbers will be confirmed upon registration due to space limitations.

A: Competitions include Dancing, Drawing/Art, Writing, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Chess, and Family Talent Showcase.

A: Yes. All participating schools will receive certificates. Top-performing schools will also receive awards, aside from the prizes given to their students.

A: Students may win:

  • Medals, trophies, and certificates
  • Headsets, tablets, mini laptops
  • Hampers and branded gift items
  • Cash prizes
  • Scholarship opportunities and mentorship access

🛍️ VENDORS

A: Fill the Vendor Interest Form here. Approved vendors will receive the contract and payment details.

A: No. Each vendor is approved for only one product/service category.

A: A canopy, table,  and chairs will be provided. You’re expected to bring tablecloths, branding materials, and power sources if needed.

A: The vendor booth fee is ₦80,000. Payment details will be shared with approved vendors.

A: Only 80 booths are available. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

A: Yes. We welcome strategic partnerships where your brand can take ownership of festival components (e.g., STEM Zone, Art Village, Innovation Tent, etc.)

A: Yes. Sponsors and partners receive branding across digital promotions, on-site materials, and media mentions.

🙋 VOLUNTEERS

A: Anyone aged 16 and above who is passionate about children, families, or social impact.

A: Volunteers commit to 5 hours weekly during the pre-event period and must attend a weekly virtual meeting. Event-day attendance is from 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM.

A: Yes. All volunteers will receive certificates, and outstanding volunteers will be spotlighted on LinkedIn.

A: Roles include registration support, ushering, logistics, content capture, crowd control, vendor assistance, family zone support, and more.
