Welcome to KydzTeenFest! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in and access to all services, activities, and content provided by KydzTeenFest. By accessing or participating in the event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility
Participation in KydzTeenFest is open to children, teenagers, families, schools, vendors, sponsors, and partners. Specific registration may be required for certain categories. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Event Access and Conduct
KydzTeenFest is free for attending families, but registration may be required for competitions and certain activities. Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully, follow event rules, and adhere to all venue policies.
4. Registration
All registrations, including for volunteers, schools, families, vendors, and competition participants, must be completed via the official website. Providing false information during registration will result in disqualification or denial of entry.
5. Vendor and Sponsor Participation
Vendors and sponsors must sign a formal agreement and comply with all set guidelines. Vendor booth allocations are limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Selected vendors must make payments within 48 hours of receiving approval.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, visuals, and materials related to KydzTeenFest are the property of TheGoodKydz or its partners and may not be used without permission.
7. Privacy
Personal data collected during registration will be used only for festival operations, communication, and improvements, in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
KydzTeenFest and its organizers will not be held responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage during the event. All participants are responsible for their own belongings and conduct.
9. Changes and Cancellations
KydzTeenFest reserves the right to make changes to event content, schedules, or terms, and to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
