The KydzTeenFest Vendor Village is a curated experience designed to give select businesses the opportunity to connect directly with a vibrant and engaged family audience. With over 5,000 attendees expected and only 100 vendor booths available, vendors will enjoy high visibility and strong sales potential in an exciting, well-organized environment.

Vendor Selection Process
We are accepting a maximum of 80 vendors, and booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
To ensure strong sales potential and reduce product overlap:
• Vendors will be selected per category
• We will accept only 1 or 2 vendors per product category, depending on demand
• There are approximately 50 vendor categories, all listed in the application form
Our goal is to ensure each vendor has a unique opportunity to thrive.
How It Works
1. Submit your interest by filling out the vendor registration form
2. Our team will review your category and product line
3. If selected, you will receive a confirmation email along with:
• Your official vendor contract
• Booth assignment details
• Payment instructions and deadline
4. Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving your selection email to confirm your slot
5. Once payment is confirmed and your contract is signed, your spot is officially secured

Setup: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM
(or night before)
Event Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Dismantling: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Vendor Responsibilities
- Display only the product line submitted and approved in your registration
- Promote the event at least twice on your social media
- Use only one roll-up banner and maintain a clean booth
- Bring branded materials and power sources if needed
- Comply with booth setup and dismantling timelines
- Do not bring unregistered third-party vendors
